ScrapHappy Saturday - Still Enjoying the Sunshine?

Yesterday was the summer solstice for some of us.  I hope you enjoyed the longest daylight of the year.  I sure did.  We are all off to a work picnic today during most of the sunshine hours, but I am hoping to get some quality sewing done before and after.  Just two more yellow Saturdays remain, so make the most of the sunshine before it dwindles!

I'm afraid it's a gloomy 14'C here in England, with showers and over cast skies. Yesterday was the solstice for us, but the rising sun was masked by cloud.
Enjoy your beautiful weather and your picnic, solstice blessings to you and your lovely family.

We had a beautiful start to the day yesterday and got out on the lake on our paddleboards... then we were supposed to get thunderstorms but they must have gone around us.

We have had rain so often lately but yesterday just happened to be rain-free and sunny. I hope you have nice sunny skies for your picnic today.

We've had raining and flooding (pics link on my blog), glad to work with little bits of Sunshine in yellow scraps. I actually thought this was the last Saturday of yellow, fortunately I found a few more scraps of yellow this morning, see you next week!
